This Weekend All-You-Can-Eat Ice Cream Festival At Gillette Stadium for the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber
The weekend is here!
Well, not yet. But it is coming, and so is the ice cream.
On Saturday, July 18, 2022, you can get the greatest dessert of all time (ice cream) in unlimited fashion, all while supporting a phenomenal cause. This will be the first the Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl, the all-you-can-eat ice cream festival, is back in person since 2019, due to limitations the pandemic caused.
But this year the festival is back on, with proceeds going to the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber, according to the website.
"The nation's largest all-you-can-eat ice cream festival, a New England tradition, has raised more than $7.1 million to support cancer care and research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute," reads the about page on the website.
Yes, that read "nations largest all-you-can-eat ice cream festival."
It only makes sense that this New England tradition is taking place at Patriot Place in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
This epic and sweet ice cream festival will be between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
This year, in addition to unlimited ice cream, Patriot Place will have more sweet treats, live entertainment, and extra fun. Plus, Patriot Place is loaded with other fun things, sites to see, restaurants, and more.
In 2019, 55 different flavors were served. For 2022, a laundry list of flavors from various ice cream makers are already on the list, from Ben and Jerry's to Bliss, Bart's, Buon! Per Te, The Farmers Cow, Gifford's, Hood, Edy's Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, Haagen-Dazs, Oreo from Oreo Frozen Desserts, Lactaid, and two flavors from Shake Shack, according to the Scooper Bowl website.
Tickets for the event can be purchased through Ticketmaster for $20.
