This New Hampshire Facebook Page Spills the Tea on Local Playgrounds

Nowadays, you can use social media for just about anything. Besides keeping tabs on your family, friends, and coworkers, you can get your local and national news, read reviews on the best restaurants and tourist attractions in the area, sell possessions, look for an apartment...the list goes on and on.

For Seacoast families, there's one particular Facebook page that just might be the resource you didn't know you needed: Playground Lowdown.

The focus of Playground Lowdown is simple: they want to help you find the best playgrounds on the Seacoast for your kiddos to run, play, and get all that energy out.

A typical post from Playground Lowdown gives the scoop on a particular playground by breaking down whether or not it has bathrooms, shade, enclosed or open spaces, a swing set, and room to ride bikes, scooters, etc.. It then gives a general summary of the "good", and "not-so-good." In addition to reviewing area playgrounds, the page also gives informative updates about splash pads and sprinklers being turned on or off.

The account owner(s) go quite in depth when it comes to spilling the tea on these places. Not only that, but they provide plenty of images of these playgrounds. Here's one from Odiorne Point State Park in Rye...
