Salted Caramel Turtle Cupcake Finalist in 94.9 HOM Challenge [Audio]

The salted caramel turtle cupcake is the latest contender to be revealed in the 94.9 HOM Cupcake Challenge. It's a rich chocolate fudge cupcake with smooth and creamy salted caramel frosting. Our homemade caramel takes the flavor to a whole new level. The cupcake is completed with a piece of salted caramel turtle crowning the top.
