A Guide To Yurts
Yurt living fascinates me.
I'll be honest - I don't think I had ever heard of a yurt, until last year. I met someone who lived in one. If you've never heard of a yurt, it's basically a portable, round tent covered with skins or felt and used as a dwelling. Kind of like a tent, but way stronger. Some people even live in them year round!
Some people get very elaborate with their yurts. They can be just as big, and include the same amenities as an apartment or house. You can even put a wood stove in one!
