What Is This Lit Up Roadside ‘Eat Here’ Attraction in Boothbay?

Driving to see Gardens Aglow in Boothbay Harbor, this lit up area made me turn around and find out what it was.

It's actually Food Trucks A-Go.

According to their Facebook page, "CC- Snack Co's mobile stand and a host of local food trucks will be present, serving a wide selection of delicious foods during the Gardens Aglow Event at Boothbay Botanical Gardens! We will be available throughout the summer as well for outdoor dining!!"

CC-Snack Co is Cameron Clan Snack Co., owned by Lester Spear.

It's perfect, because Gardens Aglow is a must for the holidays, but you stay in your car. There is no more food, or hot chocolate, or kettle corn... but Food Trucks A-Go has all that and more.

Pizza, tacos, pasta and yes - kettle corn!

The lights were so spectacular, and the trucks so welcoming!

But be aware that they are following all the Maine CDC guidelines to keep crowds down, and you need to make a reservation.

But what a fun trip - they are open through December!
