It seems like food trucks are an underrated part of the New Hampshire food scene. We often don't realize just how many of them they are, and how beloved some are in the community.

Each year, the Seacoast Truck Festival gives locals the chance to not only enjoy an assortment of food trucks, but also "local crafts, artisans, vendor products, and specialty foods." They've even got a Kid Zone and other fun activities for the youngsters.

We also recently learned that Barrio, the popular Portsmouth, NH, Mexican restaurant, has its very own taco truck. How awesome is that? The more ways we have to access delicious Mexican cuisine, the better. Even the truck itself looks cool.

Down in Rye, New Hampshire, a food truck from Newmarket's Roots Cafe and Catering has just set up shop in Odiorne Point State Park, where they're serving "seafood, sandwiches, fries, cold drinks, and more."

Then there are the trucks that are more outside the box. This converted retro camper-turned-wine truck is based in Massachusetts, and "brings the bar to you". Understandably, it's in high demand for private events, weddings, and everything in between.

With all this talk of food and beverage trucks, we asked you guys where some of the best food trucks throughout the Granite State were located. The responses came in, and we've come up with this fun food truck tour for you and your friends to go on if you're in the mood for a road trip. It journeys in a circle, first starting up in Ossipee before traveling up to North Conway. It then goes back south as far as Derry, before journeying up the Seacoast and concluding in New Durham.
