Prior to the pandemic, the curiosity about the new Rock Row development in Westbrook was overwhelming. When would Market Basket open? What other businesses would be joining them on-site? Some of those questions have been answered, with Market Basket officially opening and Starbucks/The Paper Store/Chick-fil-A not far behind. But what else can people expect to see at Rock Row in the not-too-distant future? Some of the answers are here.

Shared on Facebook by Rock Row, they formally announced three new tenants to the development. They include Chase Bank, Big Fin Poke and Firehouse Subs. In their short release, Rock Row promises all three businesses will be coming soon to the area.

For Chase Bank, this will be their first location in Maine. The credit card giant has been opening more locations across the United States as their competition with Capital One heats up. Big Fin Poke already has one location

Firehouse Subs will open their first location in the Portland-area at Rock Row. The chain already has several other locations across the state, including in Biddeford and Auburn. Firehouse Subs popularity has exploded in recent years, including winning the title of America's favorite fast-casual restaurant and America's favorite sandwich chain in 2019.

Big Fin Poke is a Maine-based restaurant serving the Hawaiian specialty and opened their first location in 2016. Since then, there have been two other locations opening in Maine and Massachusetts. Their inclusion at Rock Row will add to the diverse options developers have planned for visitors to the area.

As with other business announcements at Rock Row, there is no firm timetable as to when all three of these businesses will open.
