Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of 'Poltergeist' in New England

I love when theaters celebrate the anniversary of a movie. For some, it could be their first time seeing a specific film in theaters, and for others it allows them to go back in time and see it again. Of course, there are plenty of other ways to watch a movie (DVD, streaming service, or On Demand), but nothing beats the comfort of going to a movie theater.

Many theaters across the United States are gearing up for a special screening of "Poltergeist" to celebrate its 40th anniversary. In case you need a reminder, "Poltergeist" is a Steven Speilberg film about a family and their home that is haunted by many demonic ghosts.

If you are interested in going back to the theater to watch "Poltergeist," according to Fathom Events, there are three dates which you will be able to do so next month, Sunday, September 25th, Monday, September 26th, and Wednesday, September 28th.
