Nova Scotia: Edith’s Top Secret Molasses Cookie Recipe
During my trip to Nova Scotia aboard The CAT Ferry, our tour guide Calvin d’Entremont told us about his Acadian grandmother Edith's famous molasses cookies. She ate a cookie a day, and lived to be over 100, so molasses must be good for you.
After much coaxing from me and the group of radio personalities I was with, Calvin has decided to share Edith's recipe with the world.
