Maine Karate School Offers Social Distance PE Class

Since we are all distance learning and distance working, PE as a class still has to be a thing.

You need to keep your kids active and make sure they have focused energy as well as minds.

That is why Fournier's Karate has its instructors doing Social Distance PE courses. The School had this post on their Facebook page.

"With schools closed until the end of April, we would like to do our part to help. We will be offering a complimentary "Karate PE" Live Stream Class at 1 pm Monday through Thursday. We hope this will give kids a chance to expend some energy while learning something new and having fun! We will be using Zoom, which allows you to join in via video or just watch if you aren't ready for us to see your ninja skills just yet!"
