Will Lexington, Massachusetts Real Estate Taxes Go Up?

The article states that Lexington ranked 4th best out of all cities and towns in Massachusetts.  (Does that bring up your real estate taxes though?  That's how it works in New Hampshire.  The better the school system, the higher the taxes.)

Lexington is Healthy

Lexington also did very well in the Health category, coming in at first place, with high numbers of people with health insurance and the 22nd most fitness centers per capita.  If I recall, Massachusetts, as a commonwealth, did well in that category as well.

We all want an affordable, safe town to live in with great schools.  Now that people know about Lexington, I can almost guarantee that the real estate prices will go up.  That's the bad part about having a great town to live in, eventually, other people are going to find out about it and want the same thing.
