Can we all agree that Morrills Corner in Portland is completely messed up?

Morrills Corner in Portland is four lanes of hell. Whether you are trying to get to Allen Avenue or over to Warren Avenue or continue with Forest Avenue, it's a mess. Whether you are trying to turn left into a business or avoid having to get your car aligned because you hit a pothole or hit a railroad track wrong, this is a crazy area.

Right in the thick of things is ScrubaDub Car Wash. It's where I go and wash my car, and it's been the perfect time with sunny dry weather to get it done. Well, I wasn't alone in my brilliant thought, as it appeared all of Maine was in line. I let out a big sigh thinking I was gonna be there all day. Nope. A guy was going to every car in line and finding out what they needed done and drawing on their window some code (obviously, it washed off).

The line moved WICKED fast! When I got to my spot to go through, I asked the SUPER nice attendants how many cars do they wash on a busy day like today. They said about 800-900. When I saw them, they were at 901 and would easily pass 1,000.

Now, after 900 cars (and I'm sure not everyone is nice), these two could have been grumpy. Nope. They were super pleasant and nice, and I thought, "Damn. This is amazing that these guys are killing it at not just washing, but gas and self wash too! Oh and custom jobs. All in the craziest spot in Portland."

I just wanted to take a second and recognize a business that I'm sure doesn't get much love, but boy, they sure have it down to a fine science! Thank you, ScrubaDub!
