It's a go! Another great maine event WILL go on this year and I for one am pretty excited about it.

I'm talking about Gardiner's Swine & Stein Brewfest. Mark it on your calendar, put it in your phone, a post it note on the dog, just remember to save the date October 9th, 12pm-5pm, as the festival takes over Water street.

According to Gardiner Main Street, there is always a possibility that the even could be curtailed in some way pending how the latest covid outbreak develops in the area but, as of now, it is on full tilt!

The nice thing is this is a great outdoor event that goes along Water street in Gardiner, and there really is something for the entire family. Live music, beers, wines, and cocktails to be sampled, oh, and don't forget the games. A giant Jenga type game, and of course guys, if you got what it takes enter the Beard & Mustache contest.

What about the food you ask? Well, it wouldn't be "Swine & Stein" without a roasted pig put out by the Blind Pig Tavern, but thats just the beginning, there will be several food vendors on-site from Ice cream to Philippine food, to Poutine.

As for the beverages, so far there will be 16 confirmed businesses with possibly more brews, wines, and spirts to sign on soon.

Marking it's 12th year Gardiner's Swine & Stein pulls in people from all over the state and around the country. CLICK HERE to connect with Gardiner Maine Street to lock in your tickets.

See you there!

TOP SPOTS IN MAINE WITH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

In Maine, it's not hard to find businesses, restaurants, and shops with great customer service. It could be we are that way because of the many tourists that visit us. Or it just might be our stubborn Yankee roots that we like to treat people the way we want to be treated.
