Aquaboggan Offering Free Admission To Everyday Heroes On Select Weekends This Summer
After a year in 2020 that most people would prefer to forget, 2021 has a chance to be a year to make up for lost time. That includes visiting some of Maine's best amusement parks, all of whom will be open for the season in 2021. And if you're a teacher, healthcare worker or first responder, Aquaboggan plans to say "thank you" on select weekends this summer by offering free admission to their waterpark.
Shared on Facebook by Aquaboggan Waterpark, everyday heroes will get a warm welcome at Aquaboggan throughout the summer with specialty weekends focused on teachers, first responders and healthcare workers. Aquaboggan will only require a work badge or another form of identification and you'll be able to enjoy the park for the day with no admission fee. The select weekends look like this:
Teachers
June 26th and June 27th
First Responders
July 17th and July 18th
Healthcare Workers
August 14th and August 15th
All dates listed above are Saturdays and Sundays. Teacher appreciation weekend will also serve as opening weekend for the park in 2021. Aquaboggan also took the time to answer a few pressing questions that potential guests may have in regards to the 2021 season involving their mask-wearing policy, reservation requirements, as well as the ticket and voucher honoring system.
