Yesterday Was National Toilet Day… Proving You Can Have A Holiday For Anything.

I'm inclined to think that at this point they'll make a holiday for anything. But at the same time, I can't really deny that I am grateful for running water and a bathroom that isn't out doors. 

With Yesterday being National Toilet Day, naturally I got some hilarious links from my amazing roommate. (One of the many reasons I adore her.) 

Commercials for bathroom products have gotten creative over the years, and the first that comes to mind is the commercial for the "Poo Pourri" toilet spray. Rather than explain it to you, i'll just show you.

First of all, I totally want to try this product solely because of the commercial. And second of all, I wonder if this woman will ever get another role or if she'll end up like Flo from progressive, forever known as the girl who poops.

As if that isn't enough, then my wonderful guy sent me the video for the Squatty Potty and indicated that this might be a "fantastic Christmas gift"... I'll give them points for a creative way of discussing this very private thing, but I will NEVER eat rainbow colored ice cream again... like.... ever.

And while we're on the subject, what is the appeal of a bidet?? I mean... honestly... who in that board meeting was like, "oh I know! We'll squirt water at their bums!"
