You Can Cuddle Adorable Cows at This Goffstown, New Hampshire, Farm

With all that's going on in our world, it's no wonder that more people have begun seeking out mental health professionals.

Good Morning America posted this video showcasing The Gentle Barn in California, where people schedule hour-long sessions to hug cows.

Whether you've experienced trauma or just want to hug a cow, you literally can't go wrong. Plus, this is the most precious thing ever.

So, does this amazingness exist here in New Hampshire? It actually does at Granite Oak Farm in Goffstown.

According to their website, Granite Oak offers cow cuddling, which is exactly what it sounds like. You schedule an appointment, show up, and spend thirty minutes to an hour petting, cuddling, or brushing a cow.

"Come to the farm and spend some time with us while you pet, brush, cuddle, or just talk to our cuddlers (they won't judge). It will be just you in one of our huts.
Animal therapies have been shown to help relieve stress and lower anxiety by allowing you to bond with the animal. So come and destress!"

The Farm even lets you select the cow that you'd like to cuddle with.
