What Business Should Go Next to Hannaford’s on Central Ave in Dover, New Hampshire?

For many years, Dover residents have wondered why this space is empty, when a new business will take over, and what that business might be.

We're talking, of course, about this spot right next to the Hannaford's on Central Ave. It's sat empty for as long as this writer can remember.

At one point, this area was steps away from The Giant Store, a one-stop shop that hosted regular flea markets where Shaw's now  stands today. But as for this place, yours truly doesn't know how long it's been empty for, or what its history is.

We may not know why this space has remained vacant for so long, but we do know that it's fun to daydream. So, we asked you what business(es) you'd like to see set up shop there.

Central Ave is a busy street already, with countless stores bringing lots of traffic to the area. From places like Shaw's to Hannaford's, Dunkin', Chipotle, Panera Bread, Aroma Joe's, McDonald's, and Starbuck's, there's plenty of reasons for locals to visit this part of town. So, the chances of a business thriving in this location seem pretty high.
