Valentine Bandit Strikes Portland [Photos]
The Valentine Bandit has struck downtown Portland once again and he made me smile.
After trudging through another winter storm to get into Portland, I stepped into Monument Square and noticed that the Valentine's Day Bandit had plastered the buildings with red hearts. I had forgotten that it's Valentine's Day. It lifted my spirits seeing those hearts. It's a tradition that has continued for years in Portland. I wonder if the identity of who does this will ever be revealed...perhaps, it's a league of Valentine bandits.
