The Gyro Spot Opened This Week In Downtown Dover

The wait is over, my friends! This Manchester-based Greek eatery is now open for bid-ness on Central Ave in Dover.

These hard working folks were busy bees today. When I went in around 5:30, the line was almost out the door.

But just look at all of those happy customers!

Did I mention they are giving out free cookies at the register?

Here I am trying to be artsy holding my free cookie of choice up to the wall art. #fail

I went with the "Nutritious Rice Bowl" which was scrumptious and I don't just throw that word around. It had chicken, rice pilaf, tzatziki, parsley, chopped tomatoes and greens.

Something tells me I am going to be a repeat customer. Moral of the story: The Gyro Spot is open and the hype is real.
