Spooky Season’s Coming: Tickets to Haunted Overload in Lee, New Hampshire, Are on Sale
We've got some exciting news for all you spooky season fans out there.
Haunted Overload in Lee, New Hampshire, is one of New England's premiere Halloween attractions, and certainly among the most popular. Amongst other accolades, the haunt has "twice been voted one of the top 13 haunted attractions in the country," according to their website.
Now, you can purchase tickets to visit this popular attraction in October. The news came out earlier this month, and we couldn't be more stoked.
Upon arriving to the haunt at DeMeritt Hill Farm, you and your party will journey into the forest, where you'll enter an abandoned village with a dark past, according to this backstory. No one knows what horrors lurk in the shadows, but one thing's for sure...you're not alone.
With top-quality sets, aided by lights, spooky props, and eerie sound effects, this show truly is a memorable spectacle that's sure to put you in the Halloween spirit.
And of course, a slew of frighteningly talented actors are roaming around, many lying in wait and ready to scare you when you least expect it.
Feeling a little intimidated by the frightfulness of it all? No worries. You can still experience the haunt in a friendlier way, thanks to Haunted Overload's "3 Levels of Fear" highlighted on their website:
The Day Haunt is perfect for those who don't want to be scared. There will be no lights, sound effects, or actors, and guests can instead walk through the attraction and admire the set and props during the day.
Fright Night Lite is the perfect compromise if you're worried about being scared, but don't fear the dark. You can still experience the attraction at night with all the lights and sounds, but no actors will be present.
Haunted Overload is the main horror show that pulls out all the stops with a full cast of actors. There will also be a special Black Out Night, where the lights will be dimmer. Of course, some actors will still be roaming as well.
The website says that shows will be held rain or shine, so please be prepared and dress accordingly.
