Sonder & Dram Re-Open Under New Ownership Lewiston, Maine
If you remember my story about Sonder & Dram from a few years ago, you might remember how I described it as a hidden, modern speakeasy tucked away on Ash Street. Well, after closing last year, the cocktail bar has officially reopened this time under new ownership.
The new owner is Craig Tribuno, owner of nearby DaVinci’s Eatery, who took over the Sonder & Dram space in June. The goal is to bring the beloved Lewiston spot back while keeping much of what made it special in the first place.
And if you never made it there the first time around, this is your sign to finally find the place.
Sonder & Dram is located at 12 Ash Street, tucked into the historic downtown area. When I first wrote about it, one of the things that made the place so fun was that it didn’t scream “BAR!” from the street.
It felt like you had discovered a little secret and honestly, that was part of the charm.
The newly reopened menu includes house and classic cocktails, beer, wine and nonalcoholic drinks, along with food like tacos, grilled cheese, pulled pork sandwiches, seared tuna and truffle fries.
For now, Sonder & Dram is open Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m.

So, Lewiston, your little hidden cocktail spot is back.
And yes, I fully plan on going back to see if the Augustus Gloop is still as fun to say as I remember.
