Next time you're at Target, try this trick and you'll save!!! We all love those little red stickers that say CLEARANCE! But are we really getting a great deal or is it just Target toying with us psychologically?

Here's a tip to know you got a steal!

If the price ends in 8, it will be marked down again, if it ends in a 4, it's the lowest it will be. As you can see, the deal I got on those cute black and gold earrings isn't the BEST deal I could get. Damn, I should really read my own blogs!
