This Obscure Lewiston, Maine, Pub is Putting Everyone in the Halloween Spirit
This new drinkery and café in Lewiston, Maine, is leveling up the Halloween spirit and pulling many outsiders in to experience their obscure style and entertainment.
After their grand opening, Obscura Café & Drinkery has kicked it up a notch to celebrate the Halloween season, and they have so much to offer all Mainers.
Obscura Café & Drinkery on 108 Lisbon Street in Lewison recently opened this June and boy, is it a hit! I published an article just before they opened and as I wrote before, this place explodes your senses.
The owners were previously quoted describing the spot as taking a classic retail store that "had been long left behind and transforming it into a drinkery and café that is reminiscent of the moving pictures of the early 20th century."
Because it's the month of Halloween, the owners have certainly kicked it up a notch to celebrate the season. They have really adopted the festive feel of this season in a unique and unseen way.
Angie LaFrance, Nathan Hines, and Corey DuFour have made sure to dress the place up and themselves to inspire the creepy but stylish time of year.
They are bringing style, history, and obscurity to downtown Lewiston that which has never been offered here before.
They will be hosting a spectacular Halloween Bash on Hollow's Eve with a live band, spooky specials and a costume contest on October 29th. They are calling it Odditorium Obscura. This is going to be a bash to end all Halloween bashes in Lewiston.
Angie and her team know how to spice things up for the whole community and it's good to see a new restaurant bloom so fiercely.
Angie and the crew are dressing up in different costumes every day of the month.
Check out everything they have to offer by visiting Obscura Café & Drinkery on Facebook.
