Guy at the Back Cove doing weird stuff grants exclusive first interview.

Been walking/running the Back Cove A.K.A. The Blvd in Portland since I moved here 14 years ago. I typically don't take my phone but this time Detective McKay was on a mission.

For the last four to five years anyway this guy is always there doing some sort of dance/exercise thingy. It was only a matter of time before I finally said to this guy "what in the world are you doing"?
