Maine Concerts: Martina McBride & The Beach Boys Postponed Due To Coronavirus Concerns

Waterfront Concerts and Live Nation have decided to postpone three events in Maine that were scheduled for March: Martina McBride at the Collins Center for the Arts in Orono; The Beach Boys at the Merrill Auditorium in Portland; and Celtic Woman at the Merrill Auditorium in Portland.

The press release that was sent to us here at Townsquare Media said the concerts are being postponed and rescheduled to a later date.

The decision was made because of recommendations from the Maine Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that "all public events and public gatherings taking place within the next 30 days and exceeding that of 250 persons" be postponed due to growing Coronavirus concerns.

Waterfront Concerts says tickets will be honored for the yet-to-be rescheduled dates for each of the three shows.

If you are not able to attend the concert at the rescheduled date, Waterfront stated that the company would refund your money at the point of purchase.
