Mini Golf is a huge attraction in Maine whether it be for locals or tourists. Southern Maine has always been a hotspot for courses, including last years addition to the group, Raptor Falls in Arundel. So what do you have to do to stand out amongst your competitors in Vacationland? Well, apparently you've got to change up the game completely.

That appears to be the plan for Jungle Adventure Mini Golf in Old Orchard Beach. The new course will be jungle-themed, but that isn't the big news. Instead, this course will be an indoor course, perfect for rain or shine entertainment. Not only that, this course is going to be in 3-D, with glasses required for all of the special effects. And if that isn't enough for you, the course will be played under black lights.

In a Facebook post on Friday, Jungle Adventure Mini Golf announced that they are awaiting the "go ahead" from local and state governments before setting a grand opening date for the course.

When it is officially open, you'll find Jungle Adventure Mini Golf on the main drag of the Old Orchard Beach strip. The course will be housed in the building that was formerly The Shoe Warehouse.
