Well, it does.  The Mile Marker One is the restaurant at Cape Ann Marina, with a small hotel attached to the property.  It's the perfect spot whether you own a boat or not.

As one of the first restaurants on the North Shore, on the shores of Gloucester, Massachusetts. The original igloos had smaller windows, and while they were awesome, and heated, the views were not all encompassing.

This year, Cape Ann Marina has unveiled the New Igloo Experience, with private igloos for dining, but also a much larger clear igloo set as a lounge for livelier atmosphere with multiple smaller tables.

The New Igloo Experience also feature a 360 degree view of the waterfront, with a clear view from floor to ceiling.
