Question From Listener: "I have a family member who gets a bit rambunctious when he drinks. So much so, that my husband told me he doesn't want him to come over to our house anymore. This puts me in a difficult position, because I'm having a barbecue this weekend and it would be awkward to have other family members there, but not him. Any suggestions?"

Let's hear what AJ has to say... from a man's point of view:

"Your husband is being passive aggressive. If I were him, I would gently confront the family member and tell him how I feel. It might be an awkward and uncomfortable conversation; however, it's better to nip it in the bud now, than have it turn into a potentially huge misunderstanding that divides the family even more. Don't give each other ultimatums. Deal with it now."
