After Losing Daughter, Maine Family Needs Help With Surviving Twin
Megan and Mike Boucher from Shapleigh had twins, Marlow and Odin. Only Odin survived NKH.
NKH is Non-Ketotic Hyperglycinemia, and it causes defects in the enzyme system that breaks down the body's tissue and fluids. Miss Marlow has sadly passed.
The family is in severe need of funds to cover medical expenses. Mike is part of the Mercy Hospital family proudly serving his community and his country in the US Army. Megan has dedicated her career to childcare and have plans to start her own day care facility.
They need help if you can.
The family is struggling to grieve the loss the loss of Marlow and care for Odin. Anything you can donate is so appreciated. The medical bills alone are life changing...but then there is actual life. Groceries, gas, coffee to stay up the long hours.
Thank you for any help. I know that there are so many families struggling. If you are unable to help, and a lot of us are...can you pass this along?
