A baby deer can't get enough of having its tummy rubbed.

Anthony Dean, a tree expert from Louisa, Kentucky, came across the tiny fawn on one of his job sites and picked it up to move it away from harm. But after giving it a friendly pet, the animal was instantly attached and refused to be put down.
