Remember the whole fiasco at the Pumpkin Festival in Keene last year? It really looked like we'd never have a Pumpkin Festival in New Hampshire again. But then, the city of Laconia stepped up and agreed to host the event...and it's happening this weekend!

Be sure to bring your carved jack-o-lantern to be counted in the final tally, but bring the kids for a costume parade, face painting, storytime, bouncy houses, games, magic shows and more. Bring your friends too! Other activities include pumpkin bowling, a food and craft court, live music, a block party, street dancing, Mayhem at the Mill (a haunted attraction) and the Pumpkin Dump Derby. Admission is free, but a $5 donation is requested.
