Following the recent warmer temperatures and heavy rain, the Kennebec River breached its banks on Saturday, pushing ice and water into the parking lots. In some cases, cars were submerged. The floods are mostly in Augusta and Hallowell. However, there are other parts of Central Maine dealing with other flooding, as well.
