Joy To The World – Christmas at Victoria Mansion

Baubles, bright lights, ribbons & bows create Christmas magic at Portland's Victoria Mansion. Amazing designers have transformed the house museum into a winter wonderland.

Each room represents a different country with the theme of the house being "Joy To The World." While all the rooms look spectacular, I do especially love the English themed dining room and Japanese styled reception room. Special events for the season include Saturday morning "Stories on the Staircase" for the little ones, the Christmas Gala and "Dickens: An Evening with the Master" for the adults. For kids of all ages, enjoy Night of the Nutcracker With The Portland Ballet. This is one place that you'll want to visit several times during the holiday season. The mansion will be open for the Christmas season Friday, November 29 through January 5, 2014.
