Awww, so cute.  I'm absolutely positive that's a constant phrase throughout this baby animals festival at Hancock Shaker Village in Pittsfield in the gorgeous Berkshires.

Yes, it's the cutest time of year when we can meet the newest piglets, lambs, calves, chicks, and kids (baby goats) at Hancock Shaker Village’s Baby Animal Festival.

The festival has plenty of educational talks and craft demonstrations, as well as self-guided tours where you can meet the babies, stroll around the farm, and amble along its trails.  The festival runs from April 15 through May 7, and get this: you can even have a private tour with the babies, pet them, and bottle-feed.

According to the Hancock Shaker Village website, those tours are offered daily, where you get to hop aboard a hayride wagon and enjoy an hour-long tour learning little-known facts and secrets.  And yes, you can pet the newest and cutest members of the Hancock Shaker Village farm family, and even bottle-feed a calf at this living history museum.

This village and farm sits on 750 acres, with 20 historic Shaker buildings.  According to the website, it's on the National Historic Register and is the most comprehensively interpreted Shaker site in the world.  It also has the oldest working farm in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts.
