Conference to Promote Business in the North Country

Got a business or organization that needs some love in the North Country? The 2nd Annual Coos Business Expo & Conference in Gorham, N.H., is Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014 and the public is invited to attend for free from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The conference will be held at the lovely Town & Country Inn & Resort in Gorham, NH from 8 to 5. Participants can promote their business or organization and gain new insight from workshops on economic and community development. Sessions will include: Preparing the Next Generation: Connecting and aligning educators and the business community; Main Streets: A discussion of what is working in our downtowns and how to build on our success; North Country Success Stories:  A discussion of the strategies and lessons that have allowed these businesses and initiatives to thrive in the North Country and Attraction and Tourism Packaging Strategies and Trends.
