52nd Annual Windjammer Days Kicks Off Summer [Audio]

One of the most beautiful events of the year is kicking off this weekend.  The 52nd Annual Windjammer Days in Boothbay Harbor is a week long celebration of our maritime heritage.

Windjammer Days Golf Tournament at the Boothbay Harbor Country Club starts the festivities on Sunday, June 22nd at 11 a.m. Highlights of the week include boat races, arts & crafts show, pirate puppet shows, tours of the coast guard station, lobster eating contest, music, parades and tons more.  It all wraps up on Sunday, June 29 with Maine Music Cruises' Season's 1st Reggae Cruise with The Dani Tribesman Band.
