What Do I Do with this Hornets Nest? [PHOTOS]

I have this massive hive or nest under my back deck. I've had to get rid of bee hives before but nothing like this massive thing. Yikes.. Any suggestions on what I should do with this thing?

How do I get rid of this thing. I have kids and a dog and don't want anyone or anything getting stung. Wow! Spray it, kill it, save it.. Any suggestions?
