This is my favorite bakery now and I am never leaving okay? Let me introduce you to my very latest obsession.

It’s the Baker’s Bench in Westbrook, Maine sitting pretty on Brackett Street.

This is a little bakery that just might have the very best cheese Danish I’ve ever put in my mouth, and I am not saying that lightly.  

And get it, there is a light glaze on top, to die for.

I don’t know what magic sorcery they are working with, but it’s the absolutely perfect mix of sweet, sticky, and “I need to sit down this is so good.”

And the croissants. Stop, right now. It’s unreal. Not too flaky, not dry but moist, yes I said it. It’s buttery perfection.

Like, if a croissant and a cloud had a baby. Guys, it doesn’t stop there either, they have everything from whoopie pies to cream horns and more. Is the baker a wizard.
