Portland Wine Week is making a return for another year.

Coming to Portland, Maine, which was voted "Restaurant City of the Year" by Bon Appetit in 2018, for June 12 -182023, there will be tons of activities to explore besides JUST tasting wine.

Though, who doesn't love good wine tasting? Am I right?

Jam-packed with seminars, different wine tastings, special events that include weeklong deals, and even brunches, lunches, and special dinners, you're bound to find something that sticks out to you! Like I always say, there's always just something different to do in Maine.

While there are a ton of different activities for you to choose from that might tickle your fancy more than others (I hate that I just used that line), I'm most excited about the Wine Sail.

Pretend you're a pirate without doing any of the work when you get to climb aboard a 74-foot sailboat named Frances setting sail through Casco Bay.

The wine sail is happening on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 3:15 pm to 5:15 pm and celebrates the badass women in the winemaking industry (my favorite part). You'll get the unique experience of sailing around Maine's waterways while sipping different types of wine made by powerful women.

OH! AND you get a complimentary charcoot board... people who are not millennials call those "charcuterie boards".

For two hours you'll get some high class wine education as you float past iconic Maine lighthouses, different waterways and islands, and maybe even the floating party bike I saw last week!

Who's got a glass ready for some wine?
