Waterville Christmas Program Now Accepting Applications For Kids

With Christmas right around the corner, many Mainers are feeling the pinch in their wallets.

One of the hardest things for parents to come to terms with in this tight economy is not being able to provide many of the items families want to share with their children during the holiday season.

Once again, the Maine Children's Home is here to help Families that are facing financial hardship with their annual Christmas Program.

This program is a one of a kind program that provides winter essentials, brand new clothing, books, games, toys, and more to over 1500 Maine children. All these items are generously donated by communities sponsors, individual donors and put together by volunteers.

The program is currently accepting applications from families that could use a little help this year to provide gifts and essentials for the upcoming holiday season.
