This New Hampshire Restaurant is Celebrating Valentine’s Day With 13,000 Lights, 3,000 Hearts

I need to know how many man hours this took to assemble. I am also kind of curious what their electric bill looks like for the month of February, but I bet the answer would take the romance out of it.
