New officers:
- $2,500 bonus after being sworn in
- $2,500 on their first day of work
- $2,500 upon completing the the 6 month field training program
- $5,000 after being employed by the Portland Police Department
Dispatchers:
- $2,500 on their first day of employment
- $2,500 after finishing 6 months of training
- $5,000 after two years with the department
