Looking for another activity to do with the family that's festive but still follows the social distance rules?

Sure, there's the spectacular Gardens Aglow massive light display in Boothbay, Maine, and there's the incredible Gift of Lights drive-through experience at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire.

But have you heard of the Bright Nights at Forest Park in Springfield, Massachusetts? This may be a road trip drive you'll want to add to your holiday light show list to attend.

The epic light display drive-through is entering its 26th season and is taking every precaution to make sure it is COVID safe for people attending.

In fact, per the Bright Lights website, tickets are purchased in advance or at Big Y World Class Markets, the event is drive-through only, people stay in their cars the whole time and there's no stopping along the route.

So really, the most interaction you'll have with someone outside your car might be the person scanning your ticket before you go through.

Bright Lights boasts 675,000 lights along its three-mile route with a variety of epic displays that range from a massive American Flag to Dr. Seuss Land to Jurassic World to more classics like Winter Woods or North Pole Village.

If you want a mini preview, you can even check out a virtual tour of some of the displays on the Bright Lights website here.

While Santa won't be having his regular visits or photographs, according to explorewesternmass.com, he will be at the entrance to the drive-through to wave you through on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening until 8pm. So be on the lookout!

Bright Lights runs through Sunday, January 3, and tickets per car cost $23.
