StoryLand is about to get even more magical... and fishy?

StoryLand has been making kids' dreams come true since they opened their doors in 1954. That was a year before Disneyland opened. The park has been loved by families across New England for years. And now, they have announced plans to build an aquarium. According to the Conway Daily Sun, StoryLand has acquired the site where the Heritage-New Hampshire has been standing vacant for 12 years. Story Land Marketing Director Lauren Hawkins said Thursday:

“The work started four weeks ago,” Story Land Marketing Director  said Thursday. The year-round aquarium, she said, “will be very interactive, offering a hands-on experience. It will have a tidal pool exhibit and an interactive aviary area, so it will all be very educational.”

The aquarium will feature a mix of tropical fish, New England saltwater fish, and maybe some fresh water fish. There is not an opening date yet.

Will you visit the aquarium at StoryLand?
