Maine Just Opened a Dog Library, and It’s Pure Joy
We all love our puppies and if your dog could write a Google review, this spot would definitely be getting 5 stars or paws!
Just in time for our beautiful summer season here in Maine, Stockton Springs has opened the ultimate goodest boy hangout it’s a Dog Library, according to News Center Maine.
This is a charming setup that gives sticks and tennis balls for your dog to borrow, chase, carry, and chew! Oh my gosh!
And if they really fall in love with their stick, they can take it home.

Where did the idea come from? The public works director, George Russell wanted to add some happiness for the town’s pets and let’s just say the mission was accomplished.
“There's tennis balls on the bottom for them to take with them,”
“They don’t need to be returned we’ve got plenty.”
You guys, this is the absolute cutest thing ever. From the moment I saw this, I started planning a trip so that my one-year-old Australian Shepherd, Moondog, could experience it firsthand this summer.
