South Portland Woman Starts Facebook Page To Help Connect Mainers With Toilet Paper

Are you having trouble finding toilet paper in Maine? A woman in South Portland wants to help you. Joan Britton has started a Facebook page to connect the haves with the have-nots. The page is called "Sharing Charmin For The Common Good @passthetp."

Britton hopes people who panicked when they heard about a potential toilet paper shortage and bought too much of it, are willing to either sell it at the retail price or donate it to someone in need. In Britton's words,

We can all take small actions like helping to connect those in need with those in surplus to redistribute this essential item, and reduce the amount of stress not having a necessity can cause.
