Portland Desperately Needs Poll Workers For Upcoming Election

Do you need a job, or are you looking to make some extra money? The City of Portland, Maine needs poll workers immediately, according to WMTW. This is work you do not even need experience to get. The city will reportedly train the people they hire.

The city needs 50 or more workers for the upcoming election on July 14th, 2020.

If the positions are not filled, the report says the city will not be able to open the usual 11 polling locations. Instead, there will probably only be 6 locations for the election.
