New England’s Tom Bergeron Gets The Boot From ‘Dancing With The Stars’ And Fans Aren’t Happy

New England's Tom Bergeron has given away his last "Mirrorball Trophy." The Haverhill, Massachusetts native made the announcement on Twitter (below), and his fans aren't having it. Bergeron hosted "Dancing With The Stars" for 15 years, and many will say he was the best part of the show. When the never-ending sob stories of the B-list "stars" got old and the dance routines were boring, we could always count on Bergeron's sense of humor to entertain us.

Bergeron said:

It's been an incredible 15 year run and the most unexpected gift of my career. I'm grateful for that and for the lifelong friendships made. That said, now what am I supposed to do with all of these glitter masks?

As to what is next for Bergeron? He did not say, but we think he will be back on his feet, without his dancing shoes, in no time.
