New Englanders Tell Us What Their Dogs Have Eaten

"My dog ate my _____."

My late Husky Caesar was a finicky eater, which is unusual since most dogs will eat just about anything. Once, when he was a puppy, he grabbed a slice of pizza off the table and ate it in one bite. Afterwards, he would get excited anytime he smelled Italian food. I gave him a bite or two every now and again.

We asked our listeners to tell us what crazy things their dogs had consumed, and we got some funny (and sometimes disgusting) answers. Pretty much everything from A to Z: from cat poop to crayons and high heels to Roku remotes.
