New England Town Was Voted the Most Expensive Town in the US
A website called LendingTree has just come out with their list of the Most Expensive Towns In The U.S.
Towns on the list have such expensive home prices they are unaffordable to people who earn the median income in those areas.
Number one on the list is Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts on Martha's Vineyard. Vineyard Haven has a total population of 17,321. Homes in the area cost about $674,600, with the median individual income being only $39,045.
It is safe to say that not many who work in Vineyard Haven, live in Vineyard Haven.
